Cookies: we use essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are anonymised.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to: deliver your AI Visibility scan and report, respond to enquiries, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve our platform. If you opt in to marketing, we may send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data based on: your consent (scanner submissions, marketing), contractual necessity (delivering services you purchase), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: our technology partner (Pexalo) for service delivery, payment processors, email service providers, and authorities when required by law. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data retention and ownership

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Scanner results are retained for the duration of your subscription. Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Data collected during service delivery to improve your AI Employees (such as performance metrics, content feedback and optimisation insights) may be exported by you upon cancellation. The AI agents, the systems, methodologies and proprietary data used to build them, remain the intellectual property of GEO ONE AI SOLUTION and are not transferable.

7. Your rights

Under the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent for marketing, and request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@geoone.my.
