1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Geo One website at https://geoone.my and related services operated by GEO ONE AI SOLUTION. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Geo One provides AI visibility monitoring, content optimisation services, and related tools including the AI Visibility Scanner. Our services help businesses improve their discoverability across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and DeepSeek.
3. No guarantees
AI platform responses are generated dynamically and depend on many factors outside our control, including model updates, training data and user context. We do not guarantee that any specific AI platform will mention, cite or recommend your business. AI Visibility scores are indicative and designed to track improvement over time. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Some services require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in RM and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All packages require an initial Foundation Setup fee. All plans have a minimum term of 6 months. That term is counted from the day your AI Employees finish building and begin publishing, not from the date of signature. After the minimum term the subscription continues on a monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Six-month prepaid plans run for the full prepaid period. Refunds are not provided for partial months, for the unused portion of a prepaid plan, or for cancellation within the minimum term.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when using our services. You must not use our scanner or tools to scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt AI platforms. You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published on your behalf.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, code, AI agents, agent architectures, training methodologies and materials on this website are owned by GEO ONE AI SOLUTION or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Published content we create for you as part of a paid service (blog posts, FAQs, social posts, graphics) is licensed to you for use on your own properties upon payment in full. The AI agents themselves, the systems, processes and data used to build and train them, remain the exclusive intellectual property of GEO ONE AI SOLUTION. Upon cancellation, you may export any first-party data collected during service delivery.
7. Content approval
Where our AI Employees produce content for your business (blog posts, FAQs, social posts), you have the opportunity to review and approve content before publication via the Geo One dashboard. Each piece of content allows up to three rounds of revisions. Each AI Employee is tailored to maximise GEO impact for your business. If any content contains factual inaccuracies, you may flag it during review. We are not responsible for content that you approve and publish. Human oversight is a core part of our process.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEO ONE AI SOLUTION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding it.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
